Kate Fox is a Partner at Baillie Gifford and an Investment Manager on the
Positive Change strategy, a global equity strategy with dual objectives:
to generate attractive investment returns and to contribute to a more
sustainable and inclusive world. Having joined Baillie Gifford in 2002, Kate is
head of the Positive Change team and has worked on the strategy since
its inception in January 2017. Kate believes the financial community plays
a crucial role in creating a more sustainable world for current and future
generations.

over 100 years ago. The investment philosophy focuses on growth over
